My lullabies were primarily by The Carpenters (Close to You) and Petula Clark (Downtown). I will repeat these same lullabies to my babies someday.

You know, I don't care for the Bohemian Rhapsody as a lullaby, but that 9 Inch Nails is gorgeous! Who'd'a thunk it? I might have to go online and look for some of this stuff...we need lullabies, and what I cannot STAND is Baby Einstein.

I figure I'll be using the classics as lullabies... they always relax me, so hopefully they will do the same for my future children!

I have great plans to indoctrinate my children with what I consider to be "good" music, so those lullabies seem like a natural first step. In fact, I already will listen to those sometimes on youtube when I want something mellow, but with a little more going on than your basic new-agey piano.
